Turning Potential into Purpose.
In 2016, several Elementary School Principals expressed the need for an after-school program. We have been working together since then to provide one!
- LAUNCH exists to promote the well-being of Kenmore youth, and assist families in the spiritual, mental, and physical growth of their children.
- Believing that each child was divinely created with purpose, and inherently has the potential to reach that purpose, LAUNCH desires to provide an environment that helps equip children in this process.
- We provide transportation from their school to First Glance and spend the first part of our day focusing on homework help, strengthening phonics and math skills. We provide a snack. The remainder of our time is spent focusing on free play, emotional regulation lessons, bible studies, games, and crafts.
- Our staff is trained in trauma-informed care!
